Despatch or Dispatch?

Back in my younger & bolder days I rode despatch motorcycles in London, early to mid-80s. Tough way to make a living with a bike and there's little left to remember a business displaced by email. Found this little gallery of photos today which I thought I'd share.

but could ride the heck outta a bike. There was a bicycle messenger movie a few years (Googled it = Premium Rush) and I really enjoyed that so I'm sure I would like bikey Courier/Despatch movies and now I have to track some of those down.
