Pyndon finished 2nd in the Sonora Rally, right behind Quinn Cody. Henge blew up his bike on Stg 1.

btw, Quinn's crew were first to leave the Bivvy after the Sonora Rally was over. We had coffee together at the OXXO down the street from Rally HQ, before sunrise - Super nice guy and Hella-fast. Pyndon was sorta stand-offish, both there and at BR3.0 - Micro-Managing, IMO, when he had what seemed to be a perfectly capable crew (definitely did at BR3.0 with Rally Pan-Am on the job). The Japanese guy riding Pyn's other bike was super cool, "offered" to ride my EXC in the Baja500. As a matter of fact (again, IMO), all the racers were super-cool, open, friendly, willing to shoot the breeze (once the racing was over) . . . . except Pyndon.

FWIW, Roadbook Rally Racing is NOT a spectator sport! You have to be in it, or actively chasing (and that implies being good enough to do that - I ain't) to have any idea what's going on. But the stories in the Bivvies are worth it!
