I'm looking for options for nets inside and outside of my aluminum OEM panniers. I do not want to have to pop out rivets like the touratech instructions state. Ideas?

I’ve got the TT nets in my GSA lids. It would be hard to do without them after 12 years now. They are top shelf gear. I drilled out 4 rivets per side and replaced with the supplied, SS hardware. No trouble ever. If you plan on keeping the bike, set it up exactly the way you want it. Just my .02 cents. YMMV

I’ll have a look. It’s been a long time. Although I did buy a set for my new 2018 GS. BTW, I have one in my top box also. They are all real handy!
