Would you consider a trade offer?
My 2009 RT for your GS. I’m in Fredericksburg, I can ride down with my title and ride yours home.

BTW, I drove over to Boerne Stage years ago to test fly a 182 that Jack J had for sale. He had put one of his custom engines in it. I’ve gotta tell ya, when I got lined up and eased the power in to full, we rolled about 100 feet and were off and climbing like a homesick angel! I ended up buying a different aircraft, but I still think about that airplane!

I maintained one for much of its first 100K miles back in CO. It now has 290K on it and is the highest mileage 05 in CO. Its one of the best engines BMW ever made.

The clutch and seals were done when the trans was removed to replace a shift lever inside the trans. Done simply because it was all accesible. The bike is perfect.

A shift arm had broken inside the trans causing it to be stuck in 5th gear. It was replaced with a new upgraded casting. After splitting the bike to repair the trans,, it only makes sense to replace wear and tear items including seals and clutch plate which were still serviceable. You could eat off the entire bike as its so clean. No excuses. Done right.
