I haven't been in a restaurant in some time and a Mexican plate sounds good. If you're ever near the airport, try this place. "Mex-Mex" they call it.
I haven't been there since the shutdown crap happened, but am craving their mole poblano.

I will need to try them both out soon. I pass by Guajillo's all of the time and always wondered how they were.
I'm going to try and make a point of stopping in in the next couple weeks, as I need a refresher memory.
My attempt at making mole recently wasn't real successful. That's a voodoo science food!
