Texas Adventure Ride - special edition, Nov 6-8, 2020

Beautiful ride this weekend. The colors were starting to come out and it was, wow. Someone did a good job when they made Texas.

Rich, thanks for putting this event on. Simon, great work on the shirts, I like the design very much.

A ton of animals out both days - deer, turkeys, cows, roadkill hogs, armadillos, skunks, racoons, possums.

The water crossing were a success for my group. No cold baths. The roads were a lot of fun. The WR did want a quick dirt nap at a trail head, to which I obliged in front of many people :haha:
Speaking of group, Tommy, Andre, Ken, Gina and JT - I really enjoyed the time with each of you. Thanks for helping me sort out the clutch at the gas station and making sure I got all the way home too.

At the hotel it was a treat to talk everyone and visit, even meet some new people. Everyone was happy, enjoying just being out, walking around. Thank you guys for being a great bunch to be around.

Great weekend of riding! We had a great time. Thanks to all involved in putting this on.

Yes, thx, Rich. A mountain of work to detail the route, venue, logistics and feeding 200+ thirsty riders.

Great venue, ride, and weather! I discovered several new places I will repeat visit.

We'll keep the XT thumping 4 more yrs for it's "50th year" of faithful and fun service. (For less total expense than a 'suspension tune') :thumb:

2024 is Total Eclipse ... 8 April 1:32:00 PM CDT - 4:25 minutes at Kerrville, - perfect timing for a 'bluebonnet ride event'

Thank you, Trail Boss, for putting this ride together. I rode with Ed 'Spoke Doc' Hess both days and Simon Lague' yesterday. We had such a good time and the scenery was amazingly wonderful with the season turning to fall. Here are a few pictures of our ride.

Thanks to @TrailBoss Rich, Connie and crew for a nice weekend - including free beer via the hotel and @Tricepilot Bob!

I lost / misplaced a pair of black REV'IT Sand 3 gloves at the Best Western on Sunday am, but Rich just rang me to say he has them - awesome! Thanks much to whomever picked 'em up and passed them on to Richard.

I had such a great time! This opened up a whole new motorcycling world for me. I am already planning on attending Big Bend and this event next year!

Hoping one of you guys knows of a rider that lost his nice Klim backpack. Our camping group ran across this laying on one of the the North Junction RV Park roads. I left it at the RV office for someone to claim. Hope it finds its home!

That was mine, thank you very much. I will call them tomorrow.

Super Nice ride, ready for another,
You know when it a good ride after losing couple of bolts on your bike. My front fender was half attach:)
