They are unlocked but I do not have they key as I sold them with the bike. These came off of a 2012 Tiger Explorer. You are responsible for your own fitment. I believe they fit the following models: Tiger 800, Tiger 800 XC, Tiger 800 XRx, Tiger 800 XCx, Tiger 800 XR, Tiger Explorer, Tiger Explorer XC.
