It would help the FB market place experience a lot if they got rid of the option to ask is this still available. Make them type a question and hit send. As it it its easy to hit that button while scrolling. I know iv done it several times.

Did Konflict stretch the suspension out to "R" specs or is it shorter?

The forks were serviced and modded, which I assume means stiffened up. They work great btw. The shock has not been touched since I've had it.
