I have the tall version and it's too tall for me...except in subfreezing weather.
The main problem with the tall one is there is absolutely no wind to get the rain off your shield. Maybe the 19" would work better.

I'm about 6' tall so I hope it's tall enough. It seems to be more a personal preference kind of thing. What do you say to $100, but you pay the shipping?
