Just made this ride with a buddy from Houston yesterday. Highlights:
225 from Henderson to Nacogdoches was a great ride. Look out for dirt/gravel in a few places but nice ride. Curves and elevation changes were better than I would have expected!
Roads around Toledo Bend (191, 692, and 87) are very good! sweeping curves, very good road conditions.
21 from Nacogdoches to Fisherman's Galley was a beautiful road.
Fisherman's Galley was very good. $30 for two lunch dinners of catfish + two sides. Fredonia Brewery was a nice way to end the ride. 7 hrs of riding and 375 miles. Great day trip!
