After a great deal of thought, I am putting my 2015 KTM 1190 Adventurre R up for sale. Having blown my right rotator cuff twice and two subsequent surgeries, I will eventually move to something more in the middleweight class.

I purchased this 2015 KTM 1190 Adventurre R new (Munn Racing, Elm Mott, TX) as a carry-over model in August of 2016. One owner, well taken care of, title in hand, in my name. Best big bike I have ever owned! I am no Chris Birch, but it has a few scuffs and scratches from being riden as God intended.

Mileage: 4,641 miles
Oil change has 1,000 miles on it.
Rear tire: Shinko 805, 400 miles from new
Front tire: Shinko 804, new and will install this week

Asking $11,000.00.

That sucks, but make sure you are taking a close look at some of those middleweights. The big Katoom is nudging up against the weights of what is passing for "Middle Weight" on a lot of bikes hitting the market. Don't trade down from a great bike for little gain.

Dang, I was formulating a shopping list. If someone is put off by all the orange, still buy this bike and then PM, we might be able to swap some parts.

Also, I forgot what these things look like with all the white on them. GLWS, excellent motorcycle here, well farkled and hardly used.

I think that's the best styled 1090/1190/1290 they've ever released. Way better looking than the 1290 I traded for. Great bike.

I agree, great looking bike. Maybe not quite as civilized as the 1290. For me, my 1190 has been the most amazing adventure bike I have ever owned!

This is a fine example of what people are talking about when they say that a bike "Needs nothing."

These things are amazing. Particularly with the Rottweiler upgrade. Throttle response is like a KTM 300. Underway you'll swear it feels like a 300 pound dirt bike with a 150 horse engine. Totally addictive and they are notorious trouble makers. You'll point it at stuff you have no business trying to do on a motorcycle this size. And when you pick the things up - they dang sure don't feel like the aforementioned 300 pound dirt bike. Don't ask...

When in Doubt, Throttle out! What's the worst that could happen?
