I do it every month, you should try it some time when your not making sure your family doesn't die from polluted water, fixing water heaters, working 2 jobs, or raising your son. Plenty of time right?

Awesome day for a ride!! I made a big loop North of Bedias and then ran down back roads to Yankees for a break. Then ran backroads near 3090 to Anderson. Found the blue bonnets just South of Anderson on the way to Navasota via more back roads. The dirt roads were in great shape despite the recent nasty weather! Now if only the Forest Service would fix all the roads they have closed... [emoji849]

Probably not. I am on 24 hr call for work every other week and will be on call next weekend.

I didn't ride over that last bridge
I walked over it... VERY carefully. Even with just my svelte self it was wobbling around. There was no way to even get the bike onto the bridge as it was completely washed off its piers.

Very nice. I was going to ask about crossing that bridge too. Would have tried it on the 500 but Not the 1290. Great pics!

A Good Friday for a ride. Headed west of Poth again to find more dirt roads I haven’t ridden. Was not disappointed when I turned south just before Dewees. Good dirt roads with great scenery
Farm land and open cattle pastures. The roads have dried up pretty well since Wednesday’s storm. An occasional spot to keep you alert and dirty. Notice I’ve picked the driest path to tackle.
Then found some nice country closer to Pleasanton with lotsa shade trees canopying the road.
Looks like they got more wind than we did in Koscuisko, there were lotsa branches on the roads and a few trees blown over like this big ol’ timer.
Some farmers got plenty of firewood this year. Lucky for him it didn’t damage the fence.
Headed home with 186 miles and only about 15 being pavement. I tried to get aspr to tag along with his gps but he’s busy being a welders apprentice.

Now your washing motorcycle.
First official day ride. Couldn't get at with Stephen but I'm only about 30 mins from Brazos Bend State Park. Hunting for some dirt but having fun. God it's beautiful today!!!

More like...beautiful bike
Found this other park by accident ...didn't know it existed. Was just driving down small country roads. Found a little dirt too!
All in all, a great day. The Triumph is a fun bike! Mild mannered but will get up and go when you want it to. Can put it in 3rd and pick any speed slow or fast! Crazy....Above 70, my little wind screen does nothing. The only complaint I have.

The view through the screen with the MotoScreenz sticker in place. I actually look over the top of the screen instead of through it, so even if it were solid, it wouldn't really matter to me. When riding, I don't even notice it.

They are just 701s dressed up, and there is a 401 with is the Duke 390 I believe.

Took a ride to Walcott, this is a country school, I haven't visited that many schools but this is the first time I have seen this. I like it! they are 25 miles from the nearest town.
Also went by Bippus Church, they do not have services here any longer.
They keep it unlocked
Does this bring back memories?
I love this old Church, I do think they have gatherings here but not regular services.
