Thanks for posting those vids, who ever questions the importance of an electric start should watch the vids!! I bet your glad you had it, makes it so much easier to get restarted after a spill or stall..

Awesome ride and report! Colorado is mighty special and thank goodness its available for us to escape our summer heat. I heard stories from MedicJeff about this ride, so it was extra cool to read this report.

I know, I know.. I'm bringing this thread back from the dead..

but I have a good reason... I finally (don't ask why only now) was able to upload ALL the RAW footage from my helmet camera to Youtube.

Uploading the videos gave me a chance to go over them again and relive that great trip. I should really thank Scott for babysitting me on the second day, Stan for doing the same on the third day (plus saving my A$# by fixing my carburetor), Rob and RG for helping me getting the bike down black bear with the engine turned off due to a broken clutch line and GHT for riding back with me to make sure I don't have to stop the bike on the way from Telluride to Ouray (as I couldn't restart it)

The videos are all under the same playlist and sorted by the day. some are very long, and some are very short. I'm afraid I didn't have the time yet to edit them (gotta leave something to do when I retire in 30 years...)
