I cut the sleeve off of an old long sleeve t-shirt. The cuff on one end keeps the visor from coming out that way.

I've never swapped visors. I've always just kept sunglasses and clear lenses. Now that I have a bike with bags, I'm tempted. Probably won't try a tinted visor until spring when it's more likely I'll ride to or from work in the light. Thanks for the suggestions!
