Oh my, I have zero real need for this bike, but I find myself with so much want.

It's a blast to ride. Not easy to let it go, but need room for another bike:rider:

Re: 1972 Yamaha LT2 Enduro 100 - $1400

I was born in 72' and then learned to ride in early 80's. I believe my first bike was a 60cc Yamaha that reminded me of this. Both of these things are combined in this bike.

Great looking bike. If I could afford it I would park it in my living room just to look at. Hope someone who appreciates it buys it.

You should buy so you can have a running bike with current registration. It will fit in your truck nicely too.

Unfortunately I have four bikes currently needing insurance, license, tires, batteries, parts, etc. Beautiful bike but just like you I have other horses in the stable to attend to. Really would like to own it though.

What are you waiting for? Get those bikes back on the road. Or sell for money to buy my bike.

With the exception of the one bike I’m building, all my bikes are in running order.

Can't argue with that logic. Did google it and saw some good looking young lady riding that very bike on youtube. It ran very well. Who did you get to ride it for you?

Sheila takes very good care of her bikes and they are generally immaculate. I have it on good authority that it's best to not leave your finger print on one!

Re: 1972 Yamaha LT2 Enduro 100 - $1400

I had that one new in 72, from Carters Yamaha on Valwood.

Re: 1972 Yamaha LT2 Enduro 100 - $1400

I ask since i am fixing up a 77.
It's tagged, and street legal, just not as pretty

Bump for a great looking bike!

Re: 1972 Yamaha LT2 Enduro 100 - $1400

Man...that is a seriously cool looking bike. I wish I could justify spending the cash to cruise around the neighborhood on it.

Re: 1972 Yamaha LT2 Enduro 100 - $1400

I wish this wasn't so far away I could use a bike like this when we go camping.

You need to buy this. I'll go get it if I get to ride it!

This is true! I accidentally touched one of her bikes and was given the "stink eye" and a lecture.

Sheila babies her stuff. If anything breaks, she fixes it right away. If her bikes get dirty, she cleans them right away. If they get wet, she dries them right away.

Someone else on here that remembers Carters Yamaha??? I think about that store every time I go by there although I did my usual business with the Wiese family that owned Big D Yamaha on Jefferson Blvd. in Oak Cliff. T.C Carter was a great guy!!
