2022 Supercross bench racing!

Was wondering about Jett; saw him as DNF in practice.
 
Said it was a sprained ankle for Jett and he chose not to push it.

But man the fireworks were in the 450 Main, I will make no comments yet as not sure if everyone has had a chance to watch it yet
 
Rd. 1, stacked field. 9 high level riders who were in the first 450 main did not race in the final 450 main. Almost half.
Rd. 2, Anderson wins.
Rd. 3, Anderson had just passed Tomac & looked to be running down Sexton for the lead when his bike started smoking & he slowed to finish 9th. Tomac finished 2nd. Big potential 15 point swing.
Rd.4, Anderson had a slight bobble & Tomac passed him for the lead & won.
Those 2 races set the tone for the season, allowing Tomac to loosen up & ride without pushing things too far. As Anderson might have done mid season.
 
Not taking anything away from Tomac; he is a beast! I do agree with you though that it could have been a lot closer. Don't forget the stupid early tussles with Malcom too.
