1-2-3 Farm To Market Roads in Sequential Order Game!

Does a picture with any 2 wheel bike work or does it have to have a motor. I am on one of them every week on a bicycle and a motorcycle. I can cover 68, 75, 100, 151, 271, 272, 273, 274, 409, and 455 when we get to them. Several of these would be easy to get with a group on the planned Fannin County Dual Sport ride.

Ride got canceled tonight. Going to try again for Saturday afternoon.

Hop, not like I have the final say, but if you ride a pedal bike, I'd be happy with that for a sign. that takes more work!

Its not that much work and any road I spend time on pedaling I also ride the other bikes on. Its just easier to stop and take pictures on the pedal bike and I am on FM 271 every week.

I have been looking at my Fannin County map and I think I could plan a fun little ride to hit every Farm Road in the County in one day. They are mostly higher number roads but it would be fun.

Now were all waitting on you man.... or do I have to pick it up this weekend when I ride to OK to pick up (hopefully) my 78 Honda CB 400 ...?

There's a good chance I could make a run down and pick up FM8. Taking a bike ride Wednesday night and was thinking of heading down that way.

now a way to devise riding FM51 to get to FM8... :ponder: oh yeah, and avoid as much of 67 as possible!!

I've been so swamped lately that I haven't had time to do much of anything!

if you've got the time swing by and pick it up.

I may try to get it this weekend. Been meaning to get down there to Stephenville the last coupla months...

Finally made it. 212 miles to get two pichers of a sign...
Who is crazy here? The wind was brutal & I didn't see any local TWTers in Glen Rose or Keene. What's up with that? :-P

I got it comin' and goin'...

Man FM9 is by WASKOM, TX (runs between FM1999 and Panola, TX) i.e : right by the border on hwy 20 near shreveport...

I am 4 Hrs away from that road.. (bleh) on a 250 cc scooter ... Yikes.

Well I guess I could head that way this weekend... lol

Man I need a better bike....

Hmmm, I take 423 and or 720 to work every day and 720 turns into 3537.

Looks like I need to get a bag and start taking hte D70 with me on these rides :)

Of course, it would be nice to get the contest out of the single digits... :-P

Not too long ago I hit F.M. 7 off of another F.M. Road off of highway 66 Near Nevada, TX
which is in the area of Greenville.
That area somewhere.
If I'd known motocycling would be a memory sport, I would have written something down.

However, I am now encouraged to take up the digital sword and start a conquerin'.

I was going off the info at this site & it doesn't list an FM7. If you found one, please go get a photo since we left it blank. Also, tell us where it is... (I think you found FM6, though)

I've ridden past 3048 and 3450, but I might wait a bit to get some pics...

66 in nevada (nevada Texas map... --> MAP HERE= FM 6 btw not FM7 there may be a TX-7 up there though.. I cant remember...lol

Yes 205 is rockwall but I live near 276 and 548 and that is royse city (rockwall county though)

just was looking for FM7, and found out that FM-7 and RM-7 are actually the same roads..

source -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farm_to_Market_Road

"FM and RM roads are numbered as a single set of roads (e.g., there should not be an FM and an RM with the same number, unless it crosses US 281.)"

so do we have a RM- 7 (Ranch To Market Road) ??

PS: "Roads occurring west of U.S. Route 281 (or Interstate 35 in some locations) are designated Ranch-to-Market "

let the hunt begin !!! MUAHAHA seriously not listed , I found PR and RR 7 as well as Sh-7 but no FM or RM 7 in texas.. must be a defunct road now part of the desert of east texas.
