Since I appear to have totally stolen, not just hijacked, your thread, you ever find your way over towards my house, I will let you take it for a ride.

You might check with me after the Labor Day holiday, because I am taking it out on a ride for a Chicken Dinner. Priest Lake, Idaho via Hot Springs, South Dakota.
 
Good luck with the BMW. I would hope after 125 days, they got it right.

After owning three Guzzis & two BMWs in the past, I can't help but laugh a little when I remember an interview a few years back with the BMW Motorcycle Group CEO who blurted out in the interview that he rode a Guzzi in college.
